  • Peer Support

    Peer Support can come in different forms, it could be talking to someone else who is living with HIV, it could be attending a group in person, phoning a specific peer support number or engaging with peer support online or a combination of some or all of these. There is no right or wrong way to engage with peer support and some people might not use it at all or others just at different stages of their lives. However, peer support can be a vital lifeline for many and something some people find incredibly useful.

Offered by THT, Tafod Positif is an online peer support for people living with HIV in Wales and runs Wednesday evenings 6pm until 7:30 PM. My Community is a free online space for people living with HIV to connect. Living with HIV is what connects this community, but members connect on a much broader range of interests.
