The SHE Project

The SHE Project is a Cardiff-based initiative with a national reach and an international vision, founded by Aisha-Monic Namurach, Ms Voluptuous Celtic Nations. Drawing on her experience in the third sector, particularly in HIV and sexual health, and her ongoing MSc in Public Health, Aisha is passionate about empowering women from underserved communities to take control of their sexual health and wellbeing.

Through accessible sexual health education, information about testing and prevention, and condom distribution, the SHE Project aims to ensure women and their partners have the knowledge and resources they need to make informed choices about their sexual health. The initiative champions inclusion, empowerment and equitable access to information, helping to ensure that no community is left behind in Wales's ambition to achieve zero new HIV transmissions by 2030 and eliminate HIV stigma.

Fast Track Cymru is proud to support the SHE Project through resource provision, collaborative community engagement and connections with organisations and partners to help extend its reach. Together, we are working to improve access to sexual health information, promote HIV prevention and challenge stigma, ensuring women are central to Wales's sexual health and HIV goals.
